Mongolian Fondu

Ingredients

For dipping sauce:
6 Tablespoons gf soy sauce
3 Tablespoons mustard powder
4 Tablespoons gf chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sesame oil

For meal:
4 shitake mushrooms, sliced
3 cups gf chicken stock
1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 lb. skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
8 oz. shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 cup snow peas
1 cup chopped Chinese cabbage
2 teaspoons salt
8 oz. beanthread noodles
Directions
For dipping sauce:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and blend well. Pour into small dipping bowls.

For meal:
Place beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetables on a platter. Pour the chicken stock and salt into a fondu pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add a handful of vegetables and the noodles to the pot. Transfer the pot to a fondu flame in the center of the table. Each person cooks their own food in the steaming broth.
Tips
This is a healthy meal that is also alot of fun to cook. A pot of the broth is placed in the center of the table and everyone cooks their own food. The soup can be poured into individual soup bowls after the food is cooked. If desired, you can serve small bowls of rice to eat with the cooked ingredients.
