4 lbs. baby back ribs, membrane removed from bone side of rack 1/2 cup gf soy sauce 2 Tablespoons rice wine 3 Tablespoons crushed pineapple 2 Tablespoons sugar 2 crushed garlic cloves 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place ribs in a shallow baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Refrigerate over night. Grill over a medium-hot fire, indirectly about 4" from fire. Grill, turning to cook both side for about an hour or until ribs are slightly charred on outside and juicy inside.
