1/2 cup olive oil 1 Tablespoon ginger, grated 1 Tablespoon gf hot sauce 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 1 lb. top sirloin, cut into 1" cubes 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2" cubes 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2" slices
In a small bowl, add oil, ginger, hot sauce, sesame oil vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to blend. Prepare a grill. Skewer the meat alternating with pieces of onion. Skewer the vegetables on separate skewers. Brush the meat and vegetables with the sauce, turning to coat all sides. Place skewers on grill, with the meat skewers on the hottest part of the grill. Use the remaining sauce to baste the skewers as they cook. When meat and vegetables are slightly charred on the outside and tender on the inside, remove from grill and serve.
