6 bone-in pork chops 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 cup gf brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup gf ketchup 1 Tablespoon gf worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon gf soy sauce
Prepare a grill or broiler. For sauce: Combine brown sugar, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl.
For chops: Combine thyme, garlic salt and cayenne pepper and sprinkle on chops. Place chops on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with oil and cook 6 minutes on each side; basting several times with sauce. Serve with any remaining sauce.
