Ingredients
2 pounds boneless pork spareribs 1/2 cup gf soy sauce 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon sugar 4 scallions, choppped 6 garlic cloves, chopped
Directions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, sugar, scallions and garlic. Place pork spareribs in a zip lock bag. Add marinade. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill. Grill spareribs for 4 minutes, turn and grill for an additional 4 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Remove from heat, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
