One 2 pound, 1-1/2" sirloin steak 1 medium onion, grated 3 Tablespoons gf flour 1-1/2 cups gf beef stock 1/2 cup Marsala wine 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Broil steak until nicely browned on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove steak to a warmed plate, cover and keep warm.
Add onion to pan juices and saute for about 4 minutes. Stir in flour and then stock and Marsala. Cook until thickened. Add mushrooms and seasonings and cook for 3 minutes longer.
Cut steak diagonally into 1/2" slices and pour sauce over steak. Serve immediately.
