Ingredients
2 Tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped Salt Olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, into a food processor and process until blended. Transfer mixture to a jar with a lid. Cover mixture with a layer of olive oil and seal jar. Refrigerate.
Tips
This hot pepper sauce from Tunisia is great on fried fish or spicing up almost any dish.
