Broiled Jumbo Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, deveined and peeled (tails left intact)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
Kosher Salt
8 lemon wedges
Directions
Place shrimp in a large zip lock bag. Add olive oil and turn to shrimp to coat. Let shrimp marinade in oil in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the broiler.
Thread 4 shrimp on a skewer. Repeat with remaining shrimp. Season lightly with coarse kosher salt. Broil shrimp for 3 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, melt butter and stir in minced garlic.
To serve, place one skewer on each plate and drizzle with garlic butter. Garnish with lemon wedges.
