Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Leaves from one bunch spinach
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a large heavy skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Saute garlic and red pepper flakes until garlic is golden.
Increase heat to high, add spinach and toss until spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, drain and serve.
