1 green bell pepper 6 green onions 1 cucumber 1/2 pound gf spagetti or fettecini noodles 1/3 pound ground meat 1 Tablespoon ginger, minced 2 green onions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/4 cup black bean sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup gf chicken broth
Directions
Chop green pepper, onions and cucumber into bite size pieces and set aside.
Heat a wok to high; adding 1 tablespoon oil. When oil is hot add ginger, green onions, garlic and pepper flakes; cook until aromatic. Add ground meat and cook until meat has lost it’s red color. Add bean sauce and sugar; mix well. Add broth and simmer for 15 minutes or until most of broth has been absorbed.
Serve sauce over noodles.

You can use ground pork, chicken or beef for this recipe
For the pasta: We use Bi-Aglut brand. Bi-Aglut tastes just like the gluten variety.
