Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh tuna (sashimi quality), cut into an 1/8" dice 2-3 scallions, cut into 1/8" dice Zest of 1/2 lime 1 teaspoon gf dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon capers, chopped 1 Tablespoon chives, chopped 1 teaspoon vegetable oil Salt & Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, combine scallions, lime zest, dijon, capers, chives and oil. Fold in tuna. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve immediately on gf crackers or gf crostini.
Tips
Make sure the tuna tartare is very cold before serving.
