Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds salmon filet, skinned
1-1/4 cups gf soy sauce
1/3 cup sake
6 Tablespoons sugar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tablespoon ginger, minced
Directions
For marinade:
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, sake, sugar, garlic and ginger and stir until sugar dissolves.
Cut filet into 4 equal pieces.
Place filets and 1 cup marinade into a glass container; cover and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Remove salmon from refrigerator and let come to room temperature before cooking.
Preheat broiler.
Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade. Place on an oiled rack set in a baking pan.
Broil for 3-5 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade.
Heat remaining marinade and serve as a dipping sauce.
