Poppyseed Popovers

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1 cup gf flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
Directions
Preheat a popover pan in a 425 degree F oven.

In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until bubbles form.

Fill pre-heated pan 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees F. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
