Makes 4-6 servings. Difficulty
1-1/2 pounds chicken drumettes 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup olive oil
In a medium casserole, combine lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. Add drumettes and marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill drumettes for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until done.
This really should marinate overnight so plan accordingly.
