Ingredients
4 ears of corn 1 Tablespoon gf brown sugar 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Carefully pull back husks of corn cobb and remove silk. Fold husks over corn kernels, to cover. Soak corn in cold water for about 20 minutes.
Preheat grill.
In a small saucepan melt butter with sugar and salt over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Gently peel back husks on corn, being careful not to completely remove them. With a pastry brush, brush corn with butter mixture. Cover corn again with husks.
Grill corn for about 15-20 minutes over a medium flame, turning frequently to prevent burning (husks will blacken in spots but corn inside will remain protected).
To serve: Remove husks or let your guests remove them.
