One recipe gf pie crust 3 cups blackberries 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons corn starch 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1/3 cup gf flour 1/3 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup gf brown sugar 2-1/2 Tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt
Prepare the pie dough according to package instructions. Press into a tart pan and bake. Let cool completely. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Stir until blended. Pour berry mixture into cool tart shell. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over pie. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
