4 handfuls of gourmet salad greens 1 fresh pear, sliced 1/4 of a red onion, sliced thinly 1/4 cup feta, crumbled Lavender vinegar Olive oil Salt and pepper
Wash and dry salad greens and place in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine 3 teaspons olive oil, 1 teaspoon lavender vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Place a equal mound of greens on 4 salad plates. Top greens decoratively with pear slices, onion slices and a small amount of crumbled feta. Serve immediately.
Lavender vinegar can be found in specialty food stores.
