2 pounds lean pork 1/4 cup peanut oil 1 cup sweet onions, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup gf soy sauce 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh ginger 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds
Directions
Cut pork into 1" pieces.
Using a wok or a large heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat . Add pork and saute until browned, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula or spoon. Add onions and garlic and saute for 3 more minutes. Add soy sauce, ginger and vinegar; reduce heat; cover pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve pork with steamed rice and sprinkle sesame seeds over pork to garnish.
