Ingredients

3/4 cup solid pack pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 pints gf vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions
In bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or honey) and cinnamon. Add vanilla ice cream and freeze in 1 quart container for
4 hours or until firm.
Tips
Gluten free vanilla ice cream is ice cream made with vanilla beans. Be sure to check with manufacturer.
