Foil 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, flattened to an even thickness 2 garlic cloves, minced Salt and pepper 12 slices gf pepperoni
Cut 4 pieces of foil large enough to hold one chicken breast and fold over to seal. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and place on foil. Sprinkle with garlic and place 3 pepperoni slices on top of each breast. Seal packets and place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to serving plates and open packets at the table.
