Fruit Dipped in Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

For chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup cream
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
4 ounces gf semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon brandy

Fresh strawberries
Fresh orange slices
Fresh bananas
Fresh pineapple slices
Directions
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add cream, sugar and butter. Stir until mixture boils; remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Whisk in brandy.

Transfer chocolate sauce to a fondue pot and serve a bowl of assorted fresh fruit for dipping.

Worked great for a sweet addition to my tapas party. I Kahlua instead of brandy - everyone loved it!
