Makes 12 servings Difficulty
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 1/2 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen 2 Tablespoons honey 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons gf dijon mustard 1 8 pound gf ham
In a blender or a food processor combine berries along with honey, brown sugar and dijon mustard. Process until smooth.
Strain berry glaze mixture through a fine sieve removing all seeds. Set glaze aside.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place ham in a roasting pan, flat side down. Bake ham for about 1 hour (about 8 minutes per pound) or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Remove pan from oven.
Increase oven temperature to 425°F.
Brush 1/2 of glaze over ham and between it's slices. Return ham to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove ham and serve.
