24 shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon gf soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon gf ketchup 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 Tablespoon oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1" piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced 1/2 small onion, chopped 4 scallions, cut into 1" pieces
In a sealable plastic bag combine fish sauce, soy sauce, catsup, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a large, heavy skillet over high heat and stir-fry garlic, ginger and onion until onions are just tender. Add shrimp and scallions, stir-frying until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Serve with white rice.
