In a large saucepan melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add cereal to pan and mix with a wooden spoon until completely blended. Pour mixture into a 13x9 glass baking dish. Let cool and cut into squares.
We used Envirokids Koala Crisp cereal (naturespath.com) for this recipe. We think these are better than the traditional Rice Krispy Squares. They are exactly the same as far as texture, but have a great chocolate taste. We used JET-PUFFED Minature Marshmallows.
