Steak & Broccolini Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 teaspoon gf soy sauce
1-1/2 Tablespoons gf Hoisin sauce
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
1-1/2 cups broccolini, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
1 small red bell pepper, sliced

3 teaspoons sesame oil, divided
3 teaspoons peanut oil, divided

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, combine gf soy sauce and gf hoisin sauce. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon peanut oil over high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Remove onions and garlic and set aside on a plate. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon peanut oil to pan. When hot add sliced flank steak. Stir-fry until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside on a plate. Add remaining 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon peanut oil to pan. When hot, add broccolini and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Return onions, garlic and steak to skillet or wok and stir-fry for 1 minute. Blend the gf soy sauce-hoisin mixture into the stir-fry; stirring about about 1 minute. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
