20 cloves of roasted garlic, minced Salt 2 Tablespoons gf Dijon mustard 3/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 4 beef filet mignon or New York steaks 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat a grill or broiler.
In a small bowl, add garlic, mustard and pepper. Mix to combine.
Season both sides of steaks with salt and spread half of the mustard mixture on both sides. Drizzle steaks with olive oil.
Grill or broil steaks for about 6-7 minutes, then turn. Spread remaining mustard mixure on steaks and grill for about 5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
