Turkey Meatballs Over Pasta

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 cup finely ground corn meal
2-4 Tablespoons olive oil
Gf pasta
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 Tablespoon oil. When hot, add onions and garlic; cook until onions are translucent.
Remove to a medium bowl and add turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, tomato paste, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 1" balls.
Heat a large pot of salted boiling water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
Place corn meal on a plate and roll each meat ball in corn meal to coat.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and fry meat balls until browned on all sides, about 20 minutes.
Serve meat balls over pasta.
