1 recipe Rice & Sausage Stuffing 2 red bell peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds & stems removed
Directions
Place pepper halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spoon rice mixture into pepper halves. Bake for 25 minutes or until peppers are tender and rice & sausage stuffing is heated through.
