Pork Tenderloin w/Dijon

Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin
3 Tablespoons gf dijon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil
Directions
Brush tenderloins entirely with gf dijon. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spray pork with olive oil.

Prepare a grill. Grill pork 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 150°F.

Transfer pork to a cutting board and tent with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices and serve.
