Ingredients

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 large russet potatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, blend together oil, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.

Wash and cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise and then each quarter crosswise in half so that they form wedges. Add potato wedges to bowl of seasonings, tossing to coat.

Place potatoes on a baking sheet, without crowding, and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. Serve immediately.
