Orange Soy Chops

Ingredients

8 boned center-cut loin pork chops (1/4" thick)
1/4 cup gf soy sauce
1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
Trim fat from pork.

In a large zip-lock bag combine soy sauce through garlic. Add pork to bag and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.

Remove pork from bag, discard marinade.

In a large, heavy skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chops; sauté 5 minutes per side. Serve.
