One 2 pound London broil, 1-1/2" thick 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes marinated in oil & chopped 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 2 roasted garlic cloves* 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon peppercorns, crushed
Cut a horizontal pocket in center of London broil steak, but do not cut all the way through. Mix together sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, garlic and pepper. Stuff mixture into pocket. Press down on meat to close pocket. Brush both sides of London broil with worcestershire sauce and sprinkle lightly with salt and 1 tablespoon crushed peppercorns.
Prepare a grill and grill over medium-high flame or coals for about 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for about 6 more minutes. Slice diagonally and serve.
