Ingredients
3 pounds baby new potatoes, small red potatoes, or yukon golds, cut in half 1/4 cup gf sun-dried tomato pesto Salt and fresh ground pepper 3 garlic cloves, unpeeled 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with sun-dried tomato pesto, salt and pepper.
Arrange potatoes on baking sheet and scatter garlic and rosemary around potatoes. Roast for 25-40 minutes, shaking pan from time to time until tender. Serve.
