2 teaspoons vegetable oil 3/4 pound ground pork 3/4 pound ground beef 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped 1/4 cup Major Grey’s Mango Chutney 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
In a medium bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and chutney. Form mixture into 4 patties. Season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spray or brush both sides of patties with oil.
Grill patties over medium high heat until nicely browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
To serve, place each burger on a bed of salad greens and top with fresh mangoes and cilantro sprigs.
