Ingredients
1-1/2 cups gf flour 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter 3/4 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a medium bowl sift dry ingredients together. Add cut pieces of butter to dry ingredients, then cut in with a pastry cutter or knife. Add milk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Using a large spoon, drop batter onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
