Ingredients
3 eggs 3/4 cup milk 3 cups flour 4-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 12 Tablespoons unsalted, softened butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, beat eggs together with milk; set aside.
In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
Cut butter into dry ingredients until it resembles small peas. Add wet ingredients and mix just until blended; do not overmix. Dough will be sticky.
Turn out onto a floured surface and dust top of dough with flour. Pat dough to a 1" thickness and cut into 2-1/2" rounds.
Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet with biscuits barely touching and bake for 15 minutes.

You can also cut this recipe in half. The biscuits are not as good the next day.
