1 cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cut into 1" squares about 1/4" thick 3 ounces prosciutto, cut into 1" squares Large basil leaves, cut into 1" squares Cracked pepper
Directions
Begin with cantaloupe and lightly sprinkle with pepper, then layer with prosciutto, another square of cantaloupe, then prosciutto, then cantaloupe. Do the same for bites with basil by layering cantaloupe and basil. Pierce each bite with a toothpick through the centers and serve.
