1 cup gf flour 1/4 cup Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup gf brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup creamy gf peanut butter 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon gf vanilla 1 whole egg 1 egg white Cooking spray or butter for coating pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray or butter. Do not coat sides of pan.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup and level with a knife.
In a bowl combine flour, chocolate chips, soda and salt together.
In another bowl combine sugars and remaining ingredients; stirring until well blended. Add flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
