1 cup barbequed pork, thinly sliced 1/4 cup scallions, chopped 1/4 cup bok choy, cut into 1" pieces Dash of gf soy sauce 5 cups gf chicken broth 1/4 cup carrot, sliced into 1 1/2" thin sticks
Directions
Heat broth to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients and cook until bok choy and carrots are tender. Serve.
Tips
This is a soup I threw together with left over barbegue pork. I was delighted with the results and hope you will be also!
