1 lb chicken wings, tips removed and discarded 2 cups water 1 Tablespoons sliced scallions 2 inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced 5 Tablespoons gf soy sauce 2 star anise 2 teaspoons sugar
Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Bring again to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove chicken wings from liquid and serve immediately.
These are amazingly easy and delicious. Your biggest difficulty will be making enough!
