2 teaspoons sesame oil 3 cups sugar snap peas 1/4 teaspoon sugar Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
In a medium skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add the sugar snap peas and sugar and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp tender. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
