1 lb. chicken drummets 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup gf flour Kosher salt Peanut oil
Wash and trim drummets. Sprinkle with salt. Spread the flour in a plate and the beaten egg in another plate. Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Dip drummets in the flour then the egg, then the flour again. When the oil is hot, add drummets and fry until crisp on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve hot or cold.
