We have dairy allergies, so we used olive oil instead of ghee. I also used cumin powder 1tsp since I was out of seeds. I used half the chili powder, which made the dish mild. It was hearty and delicious! It had great flavor! My husband and my kids loved it. My kids finished their entire plate! We served it over brown rice. Sorry I posted twice I meant to write a comment before posting.
