1/2 cup popcorn kernels 2-3 Tablespoons white truffle oil Salt
Pop corn with an air popper. Working in batches, place a couple teaspoons of truffle oil in a large zip lock bag and add popcorn; seal and toss to coat. Season with salt. Repeat with remaining truffle oil and popcorn.
This sounds like a rather odd combination but it truly is wonderful. It makes a wonderful appetizer or special treat, particularly when paired with champagne!
