1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/2 cantaloupe, cut into bite size pieces 1 bunch radishes, sliced 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 Tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons raspberry vinegar 1 teaspoon Chambord liqueur Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add cucumber, cantaloupe, radishes and raspberries to a bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar and chambord in a small bowl and drizzle over salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
