1 bunch swiss chard, coarsely chopped 1/2 shallot, minced 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Tablespoon butter Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add oil and butter. When butter has melted, add shallots and cook for 2 minutes. Add chard; tossing and cooking until wilted; about 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
