Makes 8 servings. Difficulty
2 cups vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup sugar 10 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
Combine the yogurt, milk and sugar in a bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Place the raspberries in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into the bowl with the yogurt mixture. Stir until combined. Pour mixture into an ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturers directions. Spoon into a freezer safe container and freeze for one hour until firm.
