Makes 8 servings. Difficulty
2 cups vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup sugar 16 oz. frozen peaches, thawed
Combine the yogurt, milk and sugar in a bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Place the peaches in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour pureed peaches into the bowl with the yogurt mixture. Stir until combined. Pour mixture into an ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturers directions. Spoon into a freezer safe container and freeze for one hour until firm.
