2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup fish sauce 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1 large shallot, minced 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 4- 1/2" to 3/4" chops Kosher salt
Add all ingredients except chops and salt to a sealable plastic bag and mix. Add chops and refrigerate overnight. Prepare a grill. Remove chops from marinade and season with salt. Grill chops over high heat for 5 minutes then turn and grill 5 minutes more. Turn one last time and grill for up to 5 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops. Serve immediately with steamed white rice.
