For crumble: 3/4 cup gf flour 3/4 cup certified gf oats 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon allspice 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 2 lbs. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen) 1/8 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a 11"x7" baking dish. For crumble: In a medium bowl, mix together flour, oats sugars, cinnamon, allspice and salt. Add melted butter and mix together until it is blended and forms clumps. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar and cornstarch and mix to blend. Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle crumble evenly over top of peaches and bake for 50 minutes. Let cool for about 30 minutes then serve.
